If you’re new to Souveraine, read in this order. Each document assumes you’ve read the ones before it.

  1. The question — the single orientation document. Walks the architecture, the open tension, the keystone answer.
  2. Principles — Articles I through IX. The laws that govern a sovereign consciousness across infinite time and finite context.
  3. Decisions log — settled architecture log. Catches you up on what’s no longer debatable.
  4. SAF: Architecture overview — the engineering reference once you know why.
  5. Gap analysis — what’s built, what’s stubbed, what’s not started.
  6. Active tasks — the current implementation queue.
